About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead and grow NEMBHARAT's direct sales team. You will set targets, develop sales strategies, coach your team, and personally drive deals to closure — playing a crucial role in our revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear targets and performance expectations
- Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and individual clients
- Personally close high-value enterprise accounts and partnerships
- Analyse sales data, identify gaps, and implement corrective strategies
- Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales priorities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
