Full-Time Multiple Cities, India Sales

About the Role

NEMBHARAT is growing its sales force and we are looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Executives to join our team across multiple cities in India. You will prospect, pitch, and close deals with businesses that need fleet, mobility, or enterprise transport solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored NEMBHARAT solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within approved guidelines
  • Maintain client relationships and manage post-sale onboarding
  • Update CRM with accurate client information and pipeline status
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of field sales or B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field visits
  • Willingness to travel within assigned city/region
