Full-Time New Delhi / PAN India Business Development

About the Role

NEMBHARAT is expanding rapidly across India and into international markets. We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who can open new doors, build strategic partnerships, and develop revenue opportunities that accelerate our growth mission.

This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the senior leadership to define and execute our market expansion strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, government, and enterprise segments
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnerships, alliances, and clients
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with strategic partners
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive landscape
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new geographies and verticals
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to structure proposals
  • Represent NEMBHARAT at industry events, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and reports to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–8 years of business development or corporate sales experience
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong network across mobility, logistics, government, or enterprise sectors is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel across India as required
