About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. You will design and execute performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, from paid ads to organic content, helping NEMBHARAT reach and convert its target audience at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Manage and grow NEMBHARAT's social media presence across all platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimise for conversions and ROI
- Create and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
- Write ad copy, email newsletters, and post captions
- Generate weekly reports on digital performance metrics
- Collaborate with the design team for creative assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent written English and Hindi communication skills
